My Background
I started binging cooking shows on Food network when I was a kid, and I just always thought “Man I wish I was on the show doing that.” I would help out my Great Grandma, my Mom, and basically took advantage of any opportunity I could in the kitchen. As I got older, I started educating myself more and more about how to cook great food. I turned to the best chefs on YouTube, binge watched all the cooking shows I could find, and constantly asked friends and family if they could try and critique my dishes. Any chance I got, I would try cooking something new. And you know what? Every time I tried something new, I became more and more confident in my skills in the kitchen. I worked at a local restaurant for awhile to gain more technical experience in the field I was most passionate about. It was a great start to my cooking career, and I knew that experience would get me one step closer to my end goal. With my recent move to Jacksonville, I’m ready to take the leap and finally do what makes me happy - provide families with delicious meals that both parents and kids alike will love.
